A Message from the President

Founded in September 2004, NetPro is a new business with new ideas about how to provide services to small businesses, but we are not new to technology! As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer with over 10 years in technology, I've worked primarily with small businesses, known many small business owners, and managed a small business myself. I've noticed how many of these businesses sought out technical help from professionals only when they had some sort of problem, and usually only when that problem affected the ability of their business to make money.

It has always seemed ironic to me that this approach seems to stem from the belief that technology services are too expensive for small businesses. When computers fail, companies end up at the mercy of consultants and sometimes pay exorbitant fees because they have no other choice. They also sometimes hire consultants who aren't qualified or who don't understand their business very well because they are in a panic about their diminished productivity. Often, all this happens at a time when revenues are already down because of technology failures.

I am convinced there is a better way.

My goal is to develop long term relationships with my customers, and to really listen to their thoughts about the role technology should be playing in their businesses. I believe the more I know about what makes your business tick, the better my recommendations will be. My commitment to you is that no matter what type of organization you're in, I'll work to find the most appropriate technology for you and to help you implement it in the most cost effective way.

Above all, I promise to treat the money your business spends on technology as if it were my own.
